Experience

Member of the Corporate / Public Law and Natural Resources Group. He has focused his practice in mergers and acquisitions, real estate and general practice in corporate and commercial matters.

Furthermore, he has focused in environmental law, and advises clients in their defense before ordinary and special courts in administrative matters.

Prior to joining SCHULTZ CARRASCO, he served as a paralegal for the corporate group at Bofill Mir & Álvarez Jana Abogados between 2014 and 2015. He also was a summer intern in Barros & Errázuriz Abogados in 2013.

Graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile School of Law in 2016.

Activities and Memberships

He has been an assistant professor in Criminal Procedure Law and Administrative Criminal Law. He is currently assistant professor of Criminal Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile School of Law. He also is a research assistant in the Fondecyt Project N° 1180680: “Intención, azar e indiferencia. La imputación del dolo ‘no intencional’ en el derecho penal chileno”.

He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
